Dubai – May 09, 2018: National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)-Approved Training Partner Orane (https://orane.com/) has been conferred the highly acclaimed ‘World’s Greatest Brands & Leaders 2017-18’ Award for Vocational Training in the first such instance of an NSDC Beauty Training Partner being chosen for this prestigious recognition.

Orane Co-Founder & CEO Mr. Dinesh Sood received the award on behalf of the Orane Institute of Beauty and Wellness brand at a glittering event in Dubai on Wednesday which was attended by some of the biggest names in business globally.

The ‘World’s Greatest Brands & Leaders – Pride of Asia & GCC’ awards have been instituted by URS Media and AsiaOne Magazine to serve as a platform for showcasing the sterling work being undertaken by select companies that are on a mission to transform society and improve the quality of our lives. Noted audit and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) was the Process Reviewer for the 2017-18 Awards.

Commenting on the achievement, Orane Co-Founder & CEO Mr. Dinesh Sood said, “It is a matter of great pride for all of us at Orane that we have been chosen from out of so many legacy players for this much sought-after award as there could be fewer better testimonies than this of the global quality skills training being provided by the Orane Institutes of Beauty and Wellness.”

“What makes this award even more special is that Orane has been able to demonstrate that an Indian company can well become the standard-bearer in its chosen category worldwide if it keeps pushing itself to do better by continually raising the bar on performance,” Mr. Sood added.

With nearly 80 campuses in India spread across 10 Indian states and 2 Union Territories, the Orane Institute of Beauty and Wellness chain has already transformed the lives of nearly 40,000 people, majority being women. Apart from securing well-paying jobs, many alumni of the Orane Institutes have also become self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs. The company has a mission to skill 200,000 youth and women by 2020.
