Required Experience: We’re on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Branding Manager with a strong background in consumer brands to join our vibrant team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand awareness in the market. This role requires a creative and innovative individual who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and execute marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure the company’s objectives and customer needs are met.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and PR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure brand consistency and maximize product potential.
  • Manage and monitor brand performance, including brand equity, market share, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all communication channels and touch points.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop engaging and effective marketing materials, including packaging, digital content, and visuals.
  • Monitor and analyse consumer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify potential growth areas and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations on brand performance, market insights, and marketing initiatives to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field. MBA in Marketing and relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Manager in the consumer brand, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends in the F&B sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation in developing marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market research data and consumer insights.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
  • Results-driven and committed to achieving brand objectives.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
