History & Background
Envisioning the global demand for trained beauty professionals, Orane International was incorporated in 1999. The visionary founders of Orane International travelled to various countries to study global trends such as demographic profiling & market demand in the beauty & wellness domain.
The decision to focus on India as the first location was strategic, given the country’s significant shortage of skilled labour and lack of formal skill education. With a booming economy and large youth population, India proved ideal for Orane International’s inauguration.

Mr. Dinesh Sood
CO-FOUNDER & MD, Orane International
Dinesh Sood’s entrepreneurial journey began with a media-related venture in 1998. Soon, he became one of the most respected first-generation social entrepreneurs in the country.
Apart from being an acknowledged worldwide expert on beauty education, and a global brand ambassador for upskilling the youth, this self-made entrepreneur is an inspiration for millions of young Indians aiming to create jobs rather than seek them.

Nidhi Sidhu Director, In a career spanning of almost two decades, she has donned many hats. After making a mark for herself in the film and beauty business, She is turning back to her passion for developing, designing, and promoting the fashion future of the youth. Her goal is to place India on the global fashion map.
Continuing in this endeavour, she has joined the Orane School of Fashion and Design as director, bringing her years of valuable academic and practical experience to the fashion arena.
Ms. Suchi Gupta
DIRECTOR
Suchi Gupta is an entrepreneur and a digital marketer with 15+ years of experience working across business verticals for brand activation and growth. She has a multi-disciplinary skill set that includes digital marketing strategy, brand activation, and building online ecosystems.
She has been instrumental in creating digital marketing channels for the Company’s growth and expansion online.

Online.Orane.Com: An Online Platform for Skilling
We’re actively seeking new niches and opportunities to bring more specialised training under our umbrella.
In our pursuit, Orane has launched another website, “online.orane.com,” and it has been founded to provide online courses and workshops to individuals at reasonable prices. Many workshops are conducted for free as well.

School of Applied Learning Partnership with Punjab Govt
In 2024, we achieved another milestone by extending our skill-based beauty education to government school students in Punjab State. The Punjab Education Board selected Orane International as the Knowledge Partner for Beauty & Wellness Education for the pioneering “School of Applied Learning” initiative.
This programme will offer students in the 11th and 12th grades practical, job-ready education in the beauty sector. Orane will develop a tailored curriculum for this pilot project, marking our proud achievement.
