Job Title: Center Manager (Female – Fashion & Education Industry)
Location: Chandigarh
Department: Sales & Operations
Reporting To: AGM – Sales & Operations
Experience Required: Minimum 3-8 years in Center Management/Sales (Fashion & Education Sector Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Center Manager to lead our center’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in fashion education and proven experience in sales and team management. She will be responsible for driving sales, meeting enrollment targets, ensuring smooth administrative and operational functioning, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Drive admissions by promoting the center’s offerings through walk-ins, leads, and local marketing.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Build relationships with prospective students and parents through counseling sessions and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center including scheduling, facility management, and student experience.
- Monitor faculty performance and coordinate class schedules to ensure academic delivery.
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the center.
- Supervise center staff including counselors, front office, support staff, and trainers.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with goals.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollments, fees, staff attendance, and daily reports.
- Handle petty cash, inventory, and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Handle queries, concerns, and escalations from students and parents professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates only (as per business requirement).
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Retail, or Education Management preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in center management, sales, and operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
