Academic or Trade Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: |
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
Present product/service demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address customer needs and feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and competitive analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Distributing of Pamphlets in the market.
